Scarcity Properties Participates in the 2025 National Real Estate Stakeholders Conference

Scarcity Properties Ltd proudly participated in the 2025 National Real Estate Stakeholders Conference, organized by the Real Estate Agency Council (REAC) on Wednesday, 15th October 2025, at the Labadi Beach Hotel, Accra.

This historic conference, the first of its kind in Ghana, brought together leading real estate professionals, government policymakers, developers, brokers, and other industry stakeholders to discuss the future of Ghana’s property market and the implementation of Act 1047, which regulates real estate agency practice in the country.

• The need to expedite the passage of the Legislative Instrument (L.I.) to support the effective enforcement of Act 1047.
• The commencement of registration and licensing of real estate firms and agents across Ghana.
• The enhancement of inter-agency collaboration to improve compliance and monitoring in the real estate sector.
